Setting intentions, goals and wishes for 2025!
I hope you’ve had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. I’m back at my kitchen table working today and had the best break over Christmas. I really switched and had a great time with family and friends.
My 2025 Bucket List
I’m never very personal on these emails but today I thought I’d share my New Year’s bucket list, although I hate the word bucket list but that’s what it is. It’s not goals, It’s not changing everything about my life, It’s just things I’d like to make sure I make time for this year. I like to write them on a list so they actually get done. I’m gonna stick this in the front of my diary or maybe use it as a bookmark for my diary so I’m reminded of them often.

Here are 3 I’m looking forward to…
👟 I really enjoyed making an effort to go for a walk every day last year. I found it gave me time to just relax and focus my brain so this year it’s still getting place on the bucket list.
🥖 Sourdough, I didn’t do it in the pandemic as I I think I spent most of the the time panicking or being completely still and doing nothing. So I want to, this year, make a sourdough good enough for my family to enjoy … not bake off level just good.
🍳 I want to cook every recipe in one of my cookery books. I’m picking Persiana Everyday by Sabrina Ghayour as I loved the recipes I’ve tried so far.
That’s a few of them before my ADHD brain gets distracted by 500 other things, this is why I always create the list so it’s there for me to come back to.

Getting distracted is why I first started wearing crystal jewellery, to remind myself of these little goals that I make, or promises to myself and all tasks I’m working on. It’s a little reminder to stay focused …
… I’ve created ‘ Begining’ a blend of crystals to wear for the New Year. I hope they help you in your goals too.
